As a Residence Experience Specialist, you will oversee the guest journey from arrival through departure while ensuring every residence is presented to the highest standard.
Welcome and personally check guests into luxury private residences.
Conduct engaging residence orientations and introduce guests to the home's features and amenities.

Perform comprehensive pre-arrival and post-departure quality inspections.
Document inspections, photographs, and service updates using company technology platforms.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, private residences, high-end property management, concierge, or guest services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and polished presentation.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable using mobile technology and digital applications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business demands.
