In this role, you will work to drive operational excellence across our data platforms, including Salesforce, the TMX Datalinx Webstore, DataBP, Client Portal, and Business Intelligence workflows.
Additionally, you will support our ongoing Verity integration through data cleanup, process documentation, and execution, ensuring our operations remain accurate, consistent, and scalable.

1-3 years of experience in Salesforce, CRM operations, business systems support, marketing operations, platform support, or data operations roles
Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets and reporting workflows
Experience supporting outbound communications, campaign execution, or operational workflows

Salesforce Administrator certification is considered an asset
Familiarity with outbound campaign tools, data enrichment platforms, or marketing automation technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot & Salesloft
Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or data visualization concepts
Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Salesforce Flows, Zapier, Power Automate, Workato, or similar platforms
Experience working in SaaS, fintech, financial services, market data, or technology organizations
Experience with data remediation, data governance, data migration, or CRM data quality initiatives

Execute outbound communications and campaign deployments using approved messaging, templates, and segmented target lists
