About the role
- You'll have a front-row seat to how a fast-growing company is built, with real visibility into strategy, a close relationship with senior leadership, and genuine influence over how Ryan operates at his best.
- This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Toronto.
- You'll have the flexibility to work remotely but will be expected in the office for key meetings, team events, and collaborative work sessions.
Responsibilities
- you'll help bring structure, manage tradeoffs, and ensure consistent follow-through.
- proactively manage his complex calendar and priorities, and be someone he can confidently delegate to knowing things will get done
- This is a high-ownership role where you'll be a trusted partner, helping him stay focused on what matters most while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
