About the role

Hi, we're Phiture - the mobile growth consultancy working with the teams behind leading apps like Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO® 👋.
You'll play a pivotal role across app store optimization (ASO) and the entire user acquisition (UA) funnel, driving measurable growth for world-class mobile apps.
This is a high-impact role for an experienced, hands-on marketer who combines analytical precision with strong strategic thinking and can confidently advise clients at a senior level.

You'll lead projects that range from ASO-only engagements to integrated performance growth initiatives, connecting creative testing, data insights, and experimentation.
Drive scalable growth across markets and languages with data-driven experimentation.
Help build Phiture's reputation as a go-to authority in mobile growth and ASO.
Own the handoff between EU and US teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity.

3+ years in App Store Optimization
A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and user-behavior analysis.
Natural curiosity and adaptability, eager to deepen ASO expertise if needed.
Comfort coordinating across North America-Europe time zones.
Ability to work independently and make clear decisions in fast-changing environments.

Apple Ads experience or any CAC:LTV-based performance marketing.
Familiarity with complementary growth disciplines such as lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization.

$120,000 - $180,000 OTE per year (base salary + company performance bonus).
