Knowledge of PACE program.
Ability to work without close supervision or professional guidance and to exercise independent judgment.
Knowledge of physical, mental, and social needs of frail older adults.
Ability to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Ability to be self-directed and able to work independently.
Proof of current CPR/BLS certification required or requirement to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Proof of valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law.

Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred.
PACE experience and/or ADHC/CBAS experience
A state issued driver's license, personal transportation, and auto insurance as required by law.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $22.00- 26.00.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, as applicable.
The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.
