Responsibilities

  • Create a care culture.
  • Create a positive customer experience by completing calls correctly the first time with quality and care to applicable codes and to Hiller standards to avoid refunds and recalls ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes.
  • Inform a technician, team lead, supervisor, or manager when the customer does not have water, hot water, or non-working waste line(s) before leaving the call.
  • Inform technician, team lead, supervisor, or manager of any safety issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
  • Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds with ability to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices).
  • Assist in the completion of all required documentation on services including checklist, collecting, and delivery to office administration.

Nice to have

  • Two years' experience preferred but not required in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.

  • Position Requirements: • A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. • Two years' experience preferred but not required in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse plumbing service issues. • Graduate of Total Tech or other plumbing training school. • A valid driver's license and approved to drive by the Company's insurance carrier. • Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through. • Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals. • Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations. • Team player working in a team environment.
