This critical analyst role within Ford Motor Credit's Finance team is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for our insurance operations, including our wholly owned P&C insurance company.

Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford's industry leadership.
You will work with a team of accounting professionals, collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate U.S. GAAP and statutory accounting and reporting.
Partner with the Actuarial team on reserve analysis, the Reinsurance team on cession payments, and Corporate Strategy on investment activity to ensure accurate financial representation
Support the implementation and testing of new systems or upgrades to current systems.

Manage key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $74,300 -162,120.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
