About the role

Work with the Senior PM or Executive to assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on capacity, skills, and expertise.
Provide clear instructions and set expectations for each team member's role and coordinate with other team members to clarify expectations regularly.
Track and submit project deliverables, ensuring deliverables adhere to quality standards and contractual timeframes.

Lead project teams, in conjunction with client leadership, to develop project goals and work plans and achieve quality, budget, schedule, innovation, and profitability objectives.
Manage multiple projects effectively and proactively coordinate project work based on workload.
Coordinate the development and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules related to the project, existing work, and resources at Yellow Brick and make recommendations for updates based on competing priorities.
Monitor progress and provide guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed successfully, including providing examples and templates to complete the task.
Manage project budgets and forecast each month's project hours and expenses; proactively manage peak resource use and distribute across multiple months as appropriate.
Work with Yellow Brick Lead Project Manager to develop a risk management process to track project risks and concerns and provide recommended solutions.
Lead, develop, and nurture close and positive relationships with the client while identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and client relationships.
Conduct research, implement industry best practices, and share with the team.

Understand contractual obligations to the client and project to ensure the team delivers on expectations for scope of work and required services.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise and experience in the industry required, Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
