Nice to have
- As a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our concrete meets the highest industry standards for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications and control limits.
- Conduct visual inspections of concrete products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to help improve our quality control processes.
- What Sets You Apart Willingness to work variable shifts based on scheduled pours, including day and overnight shifts.
- ACI certification, or willingness to obtain it, is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Concrete Management, Construction Management, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or construction materials is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
- Competitive Pay: Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.
