Schedules patients with our facility partners.
Monitors and retrieves missing bills, records, liens from our facility partners.
Supports the Account Managers and Provider Development Executives.
Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams and support the Provider Account Managers to improve the full customer experience and grow revenue.

Communicates daily with our medical facilities to verify that exams were completed and update information in our system.
Communicates daily with our medical facilities to receive examination results.
High School or GED required; college degree preferred Experience working with medical providers and attorneys and knowledge of medical terminology.
