Must be able to read process flow diagrams, P&IDs, mechanical drawings and follow mechanical specifications.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to read, speak, and write English.
Basic understanding of Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and a good working knowledge of SAP.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs.
Walking, bending, stooping is required.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator.
Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
Good working knowledge of SAP.

High School Diploma or GED
ISO Category II Certification from a accredited certification provider (Vibration Institute, Mobius, Technical Associates, etc)
2 or more years of vibration monitoring experience including solving machine problems using vibration analysis
Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed to maintain a 24/7 operating plant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to work as part of a team.
Physical requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.

Vibration data collection and analysis
Timely reporting of vibration analysis findings and recommendations
Maintain vibration database
Repair shop acceptance testing as needed
Provide call out coverage as needed
Assist with failure analysis of rotating equipment to determine root causes of failure and help determine solutions to prevent recurrence
Provide oversight and mentoring to less experienced Millwrights and Vibration Technicians
