About the role

Solution Execution & Delivery Leadership
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned to architectural standards
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, integration risks, and technical gaps

Drive seamless integration across application, data, AI, and partner ecosystems
Maintain alignment with requirements and architecture while ensuring practical execution
Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across, Applied AI / ML, Data engineering, Application development
Build a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
Define and manage delivery processes, including Sprint planning and execution cadence, Cross-team coordination mechanism Issue tracking, escalation, and risk management
Serve as the primary coordination point across engineering, product, design, and risk/compliance teams
Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
Translate platform architecture and product requirements into executable delivery plans across internal and partner teams
Experience integrating complex systems across APIs, data layers, and partner ecosystems

15+ years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or AI/ML-enabled systems
Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns
Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual
incentive compensation including eligibility for annual performance-based awards (excluding certain sales roles subject to sales incentive plans)
