Responsibilities

  • At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees' talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information within the Eatec database
  • Build and manage strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent product availability and service quality
  • Support the vendor bidding process by assisting with bid analysis, RFPs, and vendor selection
  • Establish and manage par levels for stocked inventory items to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Source new vendor and products as needed to support operational goals and enhance offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Warehouse, Culinary, Operations and Accounts Payable-to effectively execute procurement initiatives and alignment across departments
  • Manage invoice and credit reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $90,000 USD
