Build & launch 0-1 products: Guide a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to take large-scale, trusted consumer financial products from concept to national launch.

5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer fintech product experiences.
Product strategy & judgment: Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.

Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
Collaborative leadership: Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a track record of guiding highly cooperative teams and building alignment.
Partner & regulatory experience: Experience working with third-party partners on large-scale projects and collaborating with legal, compliance, operations, policy, or regulated-product partners.
Data-driven & mission-aligned: Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making, coupled with excitement about building products that can expand financial access at national scale.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
