About the role

Fresh acts as the bridge between independent aesthetic practitioners and the complex regulatory landscape.
In this role, you will provide medical governance and oversight for multiple practices and providers across the country, operating within state-specific regulatory limits.

A Clinical Professional: You can quickly review a patient chart and identify if a safety risk exists.
Basic knowledge of state-specific laws regarding delegation and supervision (Fresh provides internal management of complex regulatory landscapes).
Must carry malpractice insurance as required by state laws.

Must hold an active MD or DO license in good standing.
Holding licenses in multiple states is highly preferred (top 10 states preferred).
Ideally 2+ years of exposure to aesthetic medicine (either as a practitioner or director).

Issue and annually review written Standing Delegation Orders (SDOs) and Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) for delegated staff.

Maintain your primary practice or retirement while staying relevant in the $15B+ aesthetics market.
