Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-wide HCM systems and tools, from conception to successful implementation.
- Lead and empower cross-functional teams to deliver complex HCM solutions, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes.
- Develop robust business cases for new products and enhancements, including financial justification (ROI) and key performance indicators.
- Continuously analyze emerging HCM technology trends and drive innovation into the HCM product strategy and roadmap.
- Strategically manage vendor relationships, encompassing platform evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance oversight.

- Our dynamic HCM Strategy team is seeking an experienced Vice President to drive global, large-scale transformational initiatives.
- As a Vice President, you will lead strategy, design and delivery of enterprise-wide HCM platforms and solutions critical projects from initiation to completion.
- You will collaborate with HCM, technology, and business leaders to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Working proficiency with SQL and familiarity with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, including an understanding of schemas, data sharing, security, performance optimization, and data governance principles.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of how data products serve downstream analytics and business intelligence consumers.
- Proficiency with enterprise-grade product management platforms (e.g., Jira), analytics tools, and collaboration software.
- Proven ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative leader within a matrixed organizational structure, fostering teamwork and accountability.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise HCM systems including Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, security tools and practices.
- Understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services.
