- Optimize Quality: Establish and refine clinical policies, procedures, and workflows; ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive Excellence: Analyze and enhance quality and performance metrics for better patient outcomes.
- Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team.

Requirements
- What You'll Bring: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required).
Nice to have
- Wound Care certification (preferred or required within 45 days of hire).
Compensation
- Base salary of up to $95,000 plus a generous bonus program.
