About the role
- As a Unit Builder at Sealy Mattress Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the assembly of mattress spring units and various components, ensuring high-quality construction and adherence to production standards.
- This role is crucial to the initial stages of mattress creation.
- Assemble mattress spring units accurately and efficiently according to specifications and blueprints.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production quotas and schedules.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed to support overall manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, particularly with repetitive tasks.
Skills
- Operate various machinery and hand tools safely and effectively for assembly tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
