About the role

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing Implementation and Integration requests to support the implementation and Operations departments as new clients and products are onboarded/integrated into EnableComp Systems.
Diagnose and report product related issues to support our operations staff.

Provide support to Operations staff on product related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and/or resolve product issues.
Maintain department SLAs on ticket response time.
Perform research and analysis within various vendor portals on claim submission behavior
Support Account management staff with client research.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Proven experience writing business requirements and/or creating business rule specifications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with competing priorities successfully.
Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
