Responsibilities
- Support proactive, high-quality communication on investor capital movements and treasury matters.
- Follow and help maintain governance and escalation protocols with third-party fund administrators and banking partners.
- Support risk management, SOX compliance, and audit-readiness activities across treasury client operations.
- Partner with colleagues across Client Services, Treasury, Legal, and Finance to apply established policies, controls, and best practices.
- Support the rollout and adoption of treasury management systems, inquiry-management tools, and automated reconciliations.
- Help implement standardized workflows that reduce reliance on email-driven communication and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record from an accredited college or university.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury operations, client servicing, financial operations, or related fields within alternative asset management or financial services.
- Working knowledge of capital flows, cash management, and investor servicing across private equity, credit, and/or co-investment structures.
- Experience supporting process improvements, system implementations, and/or control and risk initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and clients professionally and clearly.

- This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

- $110,000 - $140,000 USD
