Responsibilities
- Building expertise in the secondary market for pre-IPO securities, including market dynamics, key participants, and Hiive's role in the ecosystem.
- Prospecting new clients, re-engaging dormant accounts, and executing sales campaigns to drive trading volume and platform adoption.
- Meeting sales performance metrics and building toward long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

Nice to have
- Be a driven, communicative professional with a strong sense of urgency, solid work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and good organizational skills.
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in investment sales, mutual fund sales, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or institutional sales and trading.
- Be FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or able to complete the registrations shortly after hiring.
