About the role

  • As a Media Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Additionally, you will help expand media expertise across the organization by identifying emerging opportunities, sharing best practices, and supporting the development of agency-wide media education initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • This role offers the opportunity to lead media planning and buying initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior talent, and influence campaign performance from strategy through execution.
  • In this role, you will lead the media buying process, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign financials, and ensure all tactics are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • You will collaborate closely with account, strategy, planning, operations, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of media planning and buying experience.
  • Strong understanding of media strategy, planning, buying, vendor negotiations, and campaign execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, insertion orders, timelines, and media financial reporting.
  • Ability to present media recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and reviewing media plans, billing, timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Experience supporting new business initiatives and media strategy development for prospective clients.
  • Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

Skills

  • Experience using media research and planning tools such as SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen, or similar platforms.
