About the role
- As a Media Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Additionally, you will help expand media expertise across the organization by identifying emerging opportunities, sharing best practices, and supporting the development of agency-wide media education initiatives.
Responsibilities
- This role offers the opportunity to lead media planning and buying initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor junior talent, and influence campaign performance from strategy through execution.
- In this role, you will lead the media buying process, manage vendor relationships, oversee campaign financials, and ensure all tactics are executed accurately and on schedule.
- You will collaborate closely with account, strategy, planning, operations, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of media planning and buying experience.
- Strong understanding of media strategy, planning, buying, vendor negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing budgets, insertion orders, timelines, and media financial reporting.
- Ability to present media recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and reviewing media plans, billing, timelines, and campaign documentation.
- Experience supporting new business initiatives and media strategy development for prospective clients.
- Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.

Skills
- Experience using media research and planning tools such as SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen, or similar platforms.
