Job Responsibilities As a Mechanical Engineer IV/Senior Engineer you will be responsible for representing the Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members.

Conducts field inspections to determine existing conditions and to coordinate new work then assists Senior Engineer in preparation of due diligence, feasibility, gap analysis and other technical reports and drawings.
Master's drawing organization format and company standards
Assists senior engineer and/or senior designer in the on-going determination of project scheduling requirements, manpower requirements, and project budgets.
Assists the senior engineer / senior designer in processing RFI's, Change Orders, Bulletins, and Addenda
Participates in / Ensure / Oversee QA/QC process for your work and the work of others.
Participates in various trade organizations and prepare presentations.
Assists with employee reviews as requested.
Estimates construction costs and to evaluate feasibility of construction using ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude)
