About the role
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including personnel, stock moves, and accurate inventory
- Establish quality metrics for inbound and outbound deliveries, and inspect received items to flag any discrepancies
- Have proven shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on supervisor role for someone who can both run the day-to-day and develop the team.
- Lead a team of 7+ shipping and receiving staff - communicate expectations, recognize wins, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage freight carriers and logistics providers, ensuring accurate shipping documentation and timely transportation
- Complete accurate ERP transactions and partner with Customer Success, Project Managers, and Planners to meet delivery commitments
- Can lead, motivate, and develop a team on the warehouse floor

- You'll set quality standards, run accurate inventory, and lead by example on the warehouse floor.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $75,000 base salary
