About the role
- This position is responsible for directing and escorting patients and their families to the correct service area, as well as directing visitors to the appropriate service area.
- This position is responsible for assisting the Patient Access Specialist with assembly and routing of paperwork.
- Additionally, the position is responsible for answering the telephone and directing the caller to the appropriate place.
Requirements
- CPR certification required within 30 days of employment.
- The Service Representative will be required to maintain a basic knowledge of the registration department.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma required.
- Typing and computer experience required.
- Strong verbal and communication skills required.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Strong Customer Service skills preferred.
