Responsibilities
- Practice Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the North American Supply Chain Planning practice, aligned with company growth objectives.
- Leverage internal expertise, global Centers of Excellence, and industry-leading technologies to deliver innovative planning solutions.
- Project Leadership & Delivery Sponsor and lead large-scale supply chain planning engagements for North American clients.
- Lead projects focused on S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and advanced planning systems.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement business-driven solutions.
- Drive alignment across operations, finance, procurement, manufacturing, and commercial functions to support integrated planning processes.
- Business Development & Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals and RFP responses, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Partner with Miebach leadership teams across North America and globally to support strategic account development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong business development experience with demonstrated success developing client relationships and growing accounts.

Compensation
- Develop annual business plans, including financial forecasting, utilization planning, and growth targets.
