About the role

- As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll step into various classrooms, supporting teachers and children while ensuring a warm and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement Early Head Start services in the Early Head Start classroom according to KOTM and EHS Policy and Procedures and all Head Start Performance Standards.
- Maintain appropriate ratios, informing supervisor when there are needs
- Maintain Confidentiality
- Support the School Readiness Plan and Parent Committee meetings
- Support attendance by ensuring proper procedure is followed in the classrooms
- You'll conduct classroom activities, provide direct care, and help maintain a structured, developmentally appropriate space.
Compensation
- May have to work a few night events per year, such as Parent Engagement activities
