About the role

  • Expert agents reason against that ground truth to act on complex, high-stakes decisions - not just answer questions about them.
  • This position reports to the VP Controller and will work closely with Finance, People, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
  • General Accounting Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepaid expenses, payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Support vendor invoice processing and payment tracking as needed.
  • Support tax filings and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation to support internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Proactively identifying challenges, you drive solutions rather than waiting for direction, and hold yourself and others to the highest standards for delivering results.

Requirements

  • & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

  • Preferred CPA or progress toward CPA certification.

Compensation

  • $75,000 - $100,000 The salary range provided reflects the estimated compensation for this role based on the expected qualifications and experience level.
