About the role
- This role will champion compliance within the CTO Operations Service Assurance group.
- Position will be the primary point of contact for all departments, organizations and authorities dealing with telecom emergency & restoration services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Enforce policies, and processes to ensure successful routing of 911 and emergency calls within the company's network and to Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs).
- Implement and Enforce policy, monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.
