About the role
- The Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the operational success, compliance, integrity, and team performance of the dispensary.
- This is a full-time leadership position requiring availability to work a flexible and rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Set or fixed schedules are not available for this role.
Responsibilities
- The ADM oversees all Dispensary Associate and Key Holder tasks and goals while helping drive management and leadership team objectives, particularly around productivity, accountability, and positivity.
- This role works closely with the Lead Dispensary Manager and reports directly to the Lead Dispensary Manager.
