Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support procurement performance tracking and executive decision-making.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations for sourcing and supplier strategies.
- Design and manage standardized savings tracking methodologies aligned with organizational reporting requirements.
- Create supplier performance reporting that connects cost, service, and value outcomes to business objectives and contracts.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to support scalable procurement analytics tools, integrations, and data architecture solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and analytical models using BI tools, visualization platforms, or advanced Excel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience performing analytics in procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related enterprise function.
- 2+ years of experience applying data standards, validation logic, and quality controls to ensure accurate and repeatable analytics outputs.
- 2+ years of experience working with procurement systems or spend analytics tools.
- 2+ years of experience partnering with business units or Finance teams on analytics requirements, reporting, or integrations.
- 1+ years of experience supporting supplier performance reviews or category strategies with analytical insights.
