  • Management Development Program Associate - 2027
  • - This role is a full-time associate position within a two-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating and leading effectively with team members and partners across diverse audiences
  • Developing relationships with leaders and teams across Capital One's lines of businesses including but not limited to Audit, Banking and Premium Products, Card, Global External Affairs, Human Resources, Risk Management, Technology
  • Leveraging data analysis and visualization to diagnose complex problems, inform decision-making, and build strategic recommendations
  • This role is a full-time associate position within a two-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual skills to drive strategic problem-solving and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated complex leadership and a team-oriented mindset, willing to go the extra mile to deliver team tasks
  • Active curiosity and an eagerness to leverage new tools and technology to drive initiatives forward

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by July 2027 or earlier
  • Throughout your experience in the program, you'll rely heavily on the leadership skills you've developed during your college experience.
  • Assessing team needs and identifying the resources required to achieve goals

  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders through storytelling
  • Agility and adaptability to quickly learn, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and thrive while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

  • The MDP features two distinct career paths: Strategic Delivery and Risk Advisory.
  • Associates will gain exposure to professional areas within the company by rotating within one career pathway.
  • Strategic Delivery focuses on driving enterprise impact through operational excellence, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Associates could be placed in roles supporting associate experiences, chiefs of staff, program management, human resources, or other strategic areas across the organization.
