Responsibilities

  • Confirm installations and proactively manage scheduling updates
  • Maintain accurate job files and customer records in CRM software (Service Titan)
  • Support the sales and service teams with scheduling as needed
  • Create purchase orders (POs) in ServiceTitan.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

Nice to have

  • Previous customer service or coordination experience is a plus

  • We're looking for an Installation Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping things organized, moving fast, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • In this role, you'll be the central hub between customers, installers, and internal teams-ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • As an Install Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.
  • Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure jobs are ready to go
  • Communicate with customers, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related communication
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Track pending installations and follow up with customers
  • Reviewing and ordering all door and any materials not stocked at our warehouse.
