Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution Manage end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of client programs across the full project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, milestones, and status updates with accuracy and consistency.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Manage client communications, deliverables, and reporting with professionalism and accountability.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with internal teams including Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations to drive project execution.
- Operational & Process Support Maintain accurate records of project activities, client interactions, and outcomes in project management tool.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and support implementation of process improvements and standardized templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or program coordination, with demonstrated ownership of projects from initiation through closure.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
Nice to have
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification a plus.
