About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate casting, rolling mill, press, and lead pot equipment to produce PowerFrame® grids
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and product changeovers
  • Handle lead safely, following all environmental and safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, hazardous materials handling)
  • Train and support new operators to ensure safe, efficient performance
  • Document production data and quality checks accurately
  • As a Machine Operator at our Red Oak PowerFrame® facility, you will operate and maintain precision manufacturing equipment used in grid production.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including respirator when applicable

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED preferred not required

Compensation

  • Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly pay periods (Friday)
