About the role
- CA&M, Inc. is now NOW HIRING experienced GTA Standardized Patients that can portray the physical and emotional criteria of a sexual assault case as well retain and assess the details of each student encounter.
- Standardized patients must, accurately and consistently, recreate the history, personality, physical findings, and emotional structure and response pattern of a sexual assault.
- The SP also provides feedback and evaluates learner performance.
Requirements
- Each Standardized Patient i s required to be familiar the female genital anatomy.
- Each SPs is required to be familiar with the anatomy relating specifically to SAMFE exams and interactive skills to relate the needed information/feedback during each encounter.
- The SP's is required to have the ability to discuss the Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) while being performed on them as indicated by the instructor.
- The SP must have a high level of comfort with their own body along with clear and concise communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to maintain both patient and educator points of view and switch back and forth between the two with ease
- Must be able to deliver concise and relevant learner feedback.
Compensation
- $11k-$15k
