About the role

CA&M, Inc. is now NOW HIRING experienced GTA Standardized Patients that can portray the physical and emotional criteria of a sexual assault case as well retain and assess the details of each student encounter.
Standardized patients must, accurately and consistently, recreate the history, personality, physical findings, and emotional structure and response pattern of a sexual assault.
The SP also provides feedback and evaluates learner performance.

Each Standardized Patient i s required to be familiar the female genital anatomy.
Each SPs is required to be familiar with the anatomy relating specifically to SAMFE exams and interactive skills to relate the needed information/feedback during each encounter.
The SP's is required to have the ability to discuss the Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) while being performed on them as indicated by the instructor.
The SP must have a high level of comfort with their own body along with clear and concise communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
Must be able to maintain both patient and educator points of view and switch back and forth between the two with ease
Must be able to deliver concise and relevant learner feedback.
