Responsibilities
- O-I has more than a century of experience crafting pure, sustainable, brand-building glass packaging for many of the world's best-known food and beverage brands.
- Our Muskogee plant is conveniently located within an hours' drive of many lakes that offer a multitude of options for the outdoor enthusiast.

Requirements
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, both external and internal to O-I
- Bachelor Degree is required
- Must have previous experience leading people in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with P&L responsibility with success achieving KPIs and performance targets
- Team Oriented Individual. must have excellent change management and people skills

Skills
- Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork within the plant
- Responsible for the implementation of O-I's quality system by adhering to all quality standards
- Ensures compliance with Company policies, OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $170,000 and includes a possible 25% STI quarterly incentive bonus and 10% LTI yearly incentive bonus.
- Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
