About the role

  • Example Corp is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics field.
  • This position will work Onsite at our Example Corp North Carolina Center of Excellence and interviews will be conducted at this location.
  • This positions follows a hybrid schedule after fully trained (2 days from home & 3 days from office).

Responsibilities

  • This is where your organization can create a consistent intro to all of your jobs, creating consistency in voice and messaging across all job posts
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers
  • Proactively develop, recommend and implement cost savings and/or service improvement programs in support of the transportation strategy

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related employment experience
  • Train new customer and vendor users on the TMS, demonstrating knowledge of customer business practices and workflow

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in transportation management or logistics
  • Experience in transportation/logistics
  • Basic understanding of BI and Tableau reporting
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
