About the role
- The Credit Analyst Business Banking is responsible for managing and monitoring a portfolio of Commercial credit relationships.
- This includes preparing credit requests for new loans, renewals, and modifications, as well as conducting financial analysis and ensuring adherence to Wintrust's Credit Policy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial credit relationships
- Analyze and underwrite business and personal financial data to support credit decisions
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers on loan closings and client interactions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-3 years of experience in commercial credit, financial analysis, or accounting
- Familiarity with business and personal financial statements and tax returns
Compensation
- The estimated annual salary range for this role is $53,000 - $77,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
