About the role

  • This position is responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel.
  • The Account Manager serves as the direct link between the company and its clients, servicing existing claim/benefit inquiries and resolving day-to-day client needs.
  • Assist clients with day-to-day questions that arise with regard to employee benefit program

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all areas of the enrollment process, including eligibility, qualifying events, terminations and plan design clarification
  • Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts

Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher).
  • Life and Health license is required.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • college degree preferred.

Skills

  • Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development
  • Good listening, written and verbal skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

  • $60,000 - $70,000 USD

  • The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
