Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site Supply Chain organization, including production planning, forecasting, warehousing, materials management, shipping, receiving, and customer service.
- Build, coach, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective resource planning and organizational alignment to support business objectives and customer requirements.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, performance management, and leadership growth across the department.
- Partner with site and corporate leaders to support strategic supply chain initiatives and organizational development programs.
- Lead site operations planning, production scheduling, and forecasting to achieve business objectives and meet customer demand.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategy, goals, KPIs, and performance metrics in alignment with business and global supply chain priorities.
- Drive site performance through effective management of revenue, net working capital (NWC), and on-time, in-full (OTIF) customer delivery.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing production capacity, customer forecasts, new business opportunities, and changing demand.
- Manage departmental budgets, drive cost savings, and optimize working capital through effective inventory and production planning strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive supply chain, operations, logistics, or manufacturing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, production planning, inventory management, and operational processes.
- experience in process improvement and operational excellence methodologies is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- APICS/ASCM and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
