FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to
access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Independently manage and execute complex client implementations and assigned internal projects, including proactive risk management and scope control.
Act as the Primary Relationship Owner for high-value implementation projects, managing client/Bank Partner expectations and handling all key communications.
Design and deliver tailored training programs and documentation (UAT/Go-Live support) to ensure high client adoption and improved Bank Partner and internal enablement.

Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world's Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.
This role transitions from assisting onboarding initiatives to full ownership, making you the primary project manager and solution architect for your assigned engagements.
You will be responsible for defining project plans, managing risk, designing tailored training, and mentoring junior IC1s.
