About the role
- Provides environmental cleaning services.
- Responsible to handle multiple needs and priorities as they arise while still maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Sanitizes all surfaces of the facility using a germicidal cleaner, according to manufacturer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Performs discharge cleaning/detail cleaning of all areas. Performs dust mop and mopping all tile floors.
- Performs high dusting of ceiling vents and ledges over shoulder height.
- Vacuums all carpeting and carpet edge, picks up trash and delivers linen/laundry.
- Maintains accurate records including discharges, linen weight, isolation weight, pager sign-out sheets, cart sign-out sheets and Kronos corrections.
- Maintains cart and chemical supplies in a safe, secured manner around patients and visitors.
- Performs terminal cleans as necessary.
- Responsible to maintain the facility in a sanitary, neat, attractive and safe condition at all times.
