Team Enablement: Coach the team on agile principles and practices, promote transparency on progress and impediments, and support the team in maintaining a sustainable, predictable delivery rhythm.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and surface risks, dependencies, and gaps through offline working sessions and continuous collaboration. Maintain risk registers and assist in developing mitigation plans.
Coach the team on agile principles and practices, promote transparency on progress and impediments, and support the team in maintaining a sustainable, predictable delivery rhythm.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) with strong, proven experience in agile environments.
Experience coordinating technical projects, preferably migrations from data centers to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Proficiency with Jira for managing backlogs, creating dashboards, and reporting on KPIs.

Experience working on a large-scale business transformation or cloud migration program.
Ability to comfortably shift between agile facilitation and hands-on coordination tasks.
