About the role

  • Our team of 22,000 people across 19 countries, serves more than 3.5 million individual, small business and institutional clients.

  • Identify claim risk and red flags, mitigating such risk during adjudication of the claim. - Provide secondary review and approval for peers within authority levels.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly and accurately document the claim files.
  • Manage client/Advisor relationships by providing and updating the client on status of information needed. Communicate regarding status and collaborate with internal business partners to perform process hand-off's during the life cycle of the claim.

Requirements

  • Ability to draft written correspondence that is professional and clear.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to gather information, analyze facts, apply sound judgment, and make appropriate claim decisions.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary for this role is $58,300 - $80,100/ year.
  • We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
  • Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
  • In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
