Responsibilities
- Lead the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of 2-3 associates to meet daily targets.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to scan and organize items using our mobile app, performing frequent quality audits to ensure strict process compliance.
- Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct, including the safe handling of heavy items and the maintenance of a secure, organized warehouse environment.
- Professional Leadership: 3+ years of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.

Requirements
- At least 21 years of age with a valid standard driver's license and the ability to pass a required physical exam, background check, and drug screen
- Company-paid essentials like safety footwear and gloves as required.

Compensation
- Overtime: Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly pay and is available pending the needs of the business.
- Paid Time Off: Two Weeks Paid Vacation, Seven Paid Holidays, plus Sick Pay.
