About the role
- Grypho5 is one of four battalions fighting threat actors on the front lines of the global cyber war.
- About This Position The Managed Identity Services Engineer role will be principally responsible for managing and maintaining the operational readiness of email and identity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering tasks in support of identity protection services
- Understand the client's end goals and help create a plan to achieve them
- Perform other tasks as needed to support Identity Protection Practice Group initiatives
- Ability to maintain accurate time entries and documentation of work within the company's ticketing system on a daily basis
Requirements
- 3-to-5 years of cyber security identity experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent work history
- Experience working for and within IT for the legal industry
- Experience in large-scale service delivery
Nice to have
- Handle client incidents and escalations
- Install, configure, and audit identity solutions
- Preferred Skills:
Skills
- Experience with MDM solutions and support
- Microsoft Intune is a plus
- Experience with MFA product deployments and support
- DUO/Microsoft Authenticator desired
- Experience with Azure Computer is preferred
- Communicate effectively in any form or medium
- Manage dynamic and competitive priorities
- Organize complex technical tasks for multiple clients at once
- Conversant with information technology and managed services best practices
- Experience with service delivery in a managed services practice organization
- Server, network, storage, and/or security support experience
- Practical application of InfoSec principles

- The Managed Identity Services Engineer role will be principally responsible for managing and maintaining the operational readiness of email and identity solutions.
- This role will report to the Support Services Manager and is 100% remote.
