About the role

Duties may take the incumbent onto the shop floor for extended periods of time to resolve issues or locate/coordinate orders.

Develop production planning forecasts
Use & maintain production planning software as the primary tool
Review sales orders & collaborate with sales, marketing, production, & other groups
Purchase standard and non-standard services to support production & customer needs
Maintain supplier material certification database
Manage raw materials, WIP, & finished goods inventory levels to align with business objectives and requirements
Be RESPONSIBLE and own your stuff

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand walk, talk and hear.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls

Bachelors Degree or High school diploma
Working knowledge of MS Office & ERP systems
Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally
Highly organized with strong time management & prioritization skills
Strong math & statistics background
