About the role
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution.
- They are equally comfortable behind a camera, in a content calendar, reviewing analytics, or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Be present at the pharmacy daily, working hands-on to ensure orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and to Medici Peptides brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the process for orders being shipped to members outside of Texas, ensuring each order meets the documentation and cold-chain requirements for the destination state.
- Generate and manage shipping labels and tracking information for all outbound orders through approved carrier platforms.
- Support the management of carrier accounts and flag any billing or service issues for escalation.
- Handle inbound member tickets covering order status, shipping queries, billing questions, and general platform support.

Requirements
- Ensure cold-chain integrity on all temperature-sensitive shipments: cold-pack protocols, insulated packaging, signature-required dispatch, and delivery window monitoring.

- Act as custodian of all shipment, delivery, and returns records within the platform, keeping data accurate and up to date at all times.
