Responsibilities
- Promote key TFA products and platforms designed to help serve client needs.
- Lead one-on-one and group meetings to develop and foster positive relationships, and ensure high quality, profitable business results.
- Maintain close working relationships with product providers to leverage their resources.
- Drive increased sales growth from new financial professionals through on-going sales support and encouragement.

Requirements
- Senior level experience in the financial services industry (typically five to eight years)
- Strong knowledge of the insurance and securities industry, including products and services
- FINRA Series 6 or 7
- FINRA Series 65 or 66
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building/relationship-management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- The Salary for this position generally ranges between $73,000-$90,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

- Moderate Travel 10 to 25%
- Travel to meet with field agents and attend company and industry events
